We are looking for a Full Time Sales Manager who is passionate about fitness, thrives in sales, and is ready to grow into a leadership role. Multiple locations available.
Position Overview
You will work directly with ownership and leadership to develop skills in sales, operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through leads, referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct studio tours, consultations, and closing sales
- Manage and follow up with leads using CRM systems
- Assist in marketing initiatives, events, and promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience
- Support day-to-day studio operations
- Help lead and motivate staff and coaches
- Track KPIs and hit monthly sales targets
- Coaches 8-10 Classes per week
Qualifications
- Sales experience required (fitness, retail, or service industry)
- Degree or equivalent experience in Exercise Physiology and fitness management.
- Strong communication and closing skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and team mindset
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Previous management experience required
- Previous experience with Mindbody, GHL and Canva
- Previous experience with social media and event planning
